Plans & limits
Each plan sets your device count, publish rate, storage, retention, dashboards, widgets, rules, and allowed action types. The current numbers for your plan are on the Quota & limits page.
Changing plans
- Upgrading takes effect immediately.
- Downgrading below your current usage starts a grace period: you'll get an in-app notice listing what exceeds the new plan (extra devices/rules/destinations). After the enforcement date, the excess is disabled automatically — newest items first.
See understanding rate limits for how the publish-rate limits behave, and the plan limit reference for every field.
Reports
Every plan can build, run and export a report as CSV, Excel or PDF, within its own history retention: a range longer than the plan keeps is shortened and the report says so. Saving reports and emailing them on a schedule need a paid plan, which also sets how many reports you can save, how many schedules you can run and how many people one schedule can email. On a downgrade, saved reports stay readable, runnable and exportable, and schedules pause until the plan includes them again. Reports are rolling out account by account.
If a renewal payment fails
Your limits don't change the moment a payment fails. Your plan keeps working while the payment is retried, and only reverts to Free after a grace window if the retries don't succeed — with the usual downgrade grace period on top. Details: a payment failed.
